Terms of Service — Bumblebee CRM

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Bumblebee CRM ("we", "our", or "us"), including the website at bumblebeecrm.com and all related services. Bumblebee CRM is owned and operated by Clear Flow Media LLC, a limited liability company based in Beloit, WI. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Bumblebee CRM is a contact management tool that lets you store information about the people in your business life and add notes over time. We provide the software and infrastructure — you provide the data.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Bumblebee CRM. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@bumblebeecrm.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Each account is for a single user. You may not share your login credentials or transfer your account to another person.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Bumblebee CRM to:

Store or distribute illegal content or personal data you are not authorized to hold
Violate any applicable privacy law, including laws governing the storage of third-party personal information
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's data
Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the service
Use the service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it

5. Your Data

You own the contact data you store in Bumblebee CRM. We do not sell it, share it with third parties for marketing purposes, or use it to train AI models. Our use of your data is limited to operating and improving the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that storing your contacts' personal information complies with applicable laws (such as GDPR or CCPA) in your jurisdiction.

6. Billing and Plans

Bumblebee CRM offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly, annually, or as a one-time lifetime purchase, depending on the plan you choose. All payments are processed by Stripe.

Monthly and annual plans — renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Lifetime plans — a one-time purchase that grants access for as long as the service exists.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. We encourage you to try the free plan before upgrading to ensure Bumblebee CRM meets your needs.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

7. Organization Accounts and Members

If you create an organization and invite other users, you are responsible for their use of the service within your organization. Every member must have their own paid account. You may not add free-plan users to your organization.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep Bumblebee CRM available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, update the service, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bumblebee CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
