Bumblebee CRM ("we", "our", or "us") is a contact management tool for small businesses and freelancers, owned and operated by Clear Flow Media LLC, a limited liability company based in Beloit, WI. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

• Account information — your name and email address when you sign up.
• Contact data — names, emails, phone numbers, notes, and other information you choose to store about your own contacts.
• Usage data — basic logs of app activity (e.g. when records are created or updated) for debugging and security purposes.

Google User Data

If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google email address. We use it for one purpose only: to identify and authenticate your Bumblebee CRM account. We do not read your Gmail, access your Google Drive, or use your Google data for any purpose other than login.

Specifically:

• We request only your email address from Google.
• We do not sell, share, or use your Google account data for advertising or analytics.
• We do not store any Google tokens beyond what is required to maintain your session.

Changes to how we use Google data: If we ever change the way we use information obtained through Google sign-in, we will notify you by email before the change takes effect and will obtain your consent where required.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To provide the contact management features of the app
• To process payments (via Stripe — we do not store your card details)
• To send transactional emails related to your account (e.g. invites, billing receipts)

Data Storage

Your data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure). All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Bumblebee CRM:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Stripe — payment processing
• Google OAuth — optional sign-in method
• Hostinger — web hosting

Each of these services has its own privacy policy and data practices.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You can also delete your account directly from the app.

Cookies

We use only functional cookies necessary to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Children's Privacy

Bumblebee CRM is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
